1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage
3. Return Approval and Process
- Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request that the item be sent back to us.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- If a return request is approved and the product is successfully returned in eligible condition
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or cash refund (for COD orders) within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 48 hours from delivery
- Used or damaged products not caused by Mila Journeys
- Products without original packaging
